Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

All purchases made with Hudson + Cole are considered final. Due to the nature of our products and inventory process, we DO NOT accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds under any normal circumstance.

We encourage all customers to read product descriptions carefully, verify sizing, and review all details before completing a purchase.

Order Accuracy & Defect Exceptions

While all sales are final, we stand behind the accuracy of your order. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. If you believe you received the incorrect item, a missing item, or an item with a significant defect, you must contact us within 24–72 hours of delivery.

To process an exception claim, we may require:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

If applicable, we will work with you to correct the mistake.

Shipping Policy

At Hudson + Cole, we aim to ensure your order arrives safely, quickly, and cost-effectively.

Shipping Method

We reserve the right to ship your order using the most cost-effective carrier or method available at the time of fulfillment. This helps us keep shipping affordable while still delivering reliable service. If you prefer a faster delivery option, Priority Shipping is available for an additional cost. This option can be selected at checkout (when applicable).

Package Protection

Your order matters to us, so we automatically include insurance on all shipped packages total value. While we take every step to package and protect your items, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, damaged packages, or errors made by the carrier once the item has been shipped. However, you will never be left alone in that process! If your package is lost or arrives damaged, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the carrier to help you recover the insured value and/or get you replacements (when applicable).

In the event your package is lost or arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24–72 hours for damage and 7–15 days for lost packages.

You will be required to provide:

  • Photos of the damage (for damaged items)
  • Photos of the packaging and the shipping label on the packaging
